Morganite is believed to alleviate stress, calm the nervous system, and support the immune system. Morganite can be used in meditation or placed under a pillow to promote peaceful sleep.
History & Folklore
Morganite was first discovered in Madagascar in 1910 and named in honor of the American banker and mineral collector J.P. Morgan. It quickly gained popularity as a gemstone, especially during the Art Deco era of the 1920s and 1930s. Its soft, pink hue was the perfect complement to the bold geometric shapes and clean lines of the Art Deco style.
