- If you would like to return an item purchased from the DG, you must contact us within 7 days at email@example.com call us at 845.473.2206 to let us know that you are sending the item(s) back.
- We need to receive your unopened, undamaged product return within 30 days. Please have the original invoice number to reference.
- Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Refunds are limited to the retail price.
- Shipping costs and processing fees cannot be refunded.
- Essential Oils, Herbs, Gift Cards, Virtual Products or Downloads, and some health and personal care items are not returnable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- We reserve the right to bill your account for shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Damaged or Missing Items
We apologize if you are missing any merchandise from your order or have received damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. In case of damage, please save all packing materials. No merchandise will be accepted, or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with Dreaming Goddess with a Credit Card or via PayPal; either through your personal account or as a “guest”.
Please take a moment to make sure your PayPal account is up-to-date and reflects your desired shipping address. Orders will not be replaced/refunded due to a mismatch between the website and PayPal.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Dreaming Goddess Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order. Dreaming Goddess may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Dreaming Goddess also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Dreaming Goddess Web site account, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Dreaming Goddess reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Dreaming Goddess’ shipping policies. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

We offer Free Local Pickup for our local New York residents under these conditions, and for DGLIVE Sales ONLY:
- Customer agrees to pick up item(s) within 7 days of purchase. If item(s) have not been picked up after 7 days, Customer will be contacted with a reminder notification via email and/or phone.
- Customer acknowledges that if the item(s) have not been picked up after 7 days of the notification, the Dreaming Goddess will refund the purchase, and item(s) will be restocked with a 10% restocking fee.
- Orders placed (paid) after 5pm on a Friday will not be available for pickup until the following Tuesday
We offer Standard First-Class shipping on your orders from dreaminggoddess.com:
- Standard – 5 to 9 business days
- Includes 2 days for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit.
- Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

- Priority – 4 to 5 business days

– International Orders:
Our website automatically calculates the cost of international shipping based off current USPS standards. Occasionally, these calculations for some reason are not accurate. If this occurs, we will either refund the excess postage back to you, or we will notify you that additional shipping costs were incurred prior to mailing your package. At that time, you may elect to cancel your order and receive a full refund OR to pay the additional shipping cost and proceed with your order.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Shipping and Handling cost is calculated on a “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping method.
All Readings are currently being conducted remotely via telephone or online conferencing. To schedule a Reading, please click on the Reader you wish to connect with and check out for a 30min or 1hr Reading directly from that Reader’s page.
- At checkout, please indicate the best number at which to reach you, and upon receipt of your payment they will contact you to set up a time that works for you both.
- Please be available 5 minute in advance of your Reading.
- Readings are refundable in full up to 1 week prior to the Reading date. The Reading is then 50% refundable up to 3 days prior to the event date, after which the fee is non-refundable.
- Readings may be rescheduled without penalty up to 24hrs in advance. If a Reading is rescheduled or cancelled, with notice, on more than two occasions, note that payment will not be refunded after the second cancellation.
- Emergencies happen, we understand that. You must notify your Reader if you have an emergency and can’t make your scheduled appointment. If you NO SHOW on any Reading, you forfeit your purchase.
- Processing fees for online payments are non-refundable.
