For those who may not know, Shungite is highly effective in blocking Electric and Magnetic Fields, commonly referred to as EMFs. There are two types of EMF: low-level radiation, also called non-ionizing radiation, and high-level radiation, called ionizing radiation (ultraviolet rays from the sun and X-rays). While most government studies are inconclusive at best, there is growing concern about our constant and increasing exposure to low level radiation. This is the non-ionizing radiation that we are all exposed to via microwaves, wifi routers, cell phones, power lines, computers, indoor lighting, and more. Practical Tips for Reducing Your Exposure to EMFs

~ Leave your phone in another room while you sleep – the same goes for your children’s electronic devices.

~ Use plug-in ear buds/headphones instead of wireless.

~ Don’t carry your cell phone in your bra (or your pocket) whenever possible.

~ Turn off your wifi routers while you sleep and whenever you aren’t using them.

~ Ditch the microwave and use the oven/stove top.
