Policy Odds & Ends

• To schedule a Reading, please click on the Reader you wish to connect with to check availability both for in-person and remote readings.
• For a REMOTE reading: Upon receipt of your payment the Reader will contact you to set up a time that works for you both. At checkout, please indicate the best number at which to reach you.
• Please be available 5 minutes in advance of your Reading.
• Readings are refundable in full up to 1 week prior to the Reading date. The Reading is then 50% refundable up to 3 days prior to the event date, after which the purchase is non-refundable.
• Readings may be rescheduled without penalty up to 24hrs in advance. If a Reading is rescheduled or cancelled, with notice, on more than two occasions, note that payment will not be refunded after the second cancellation.
• Emergencies happen, we understand that. You must notify your Reader if you have an emergency and can’t make your scheduled appointment. If you NO SHOW on any Reading, you forfeit your purchase.
• Processing fees for online payments are non-refundable.
